Get Moving

May is National Physical Fitness and Sports month. Whether its playing in a rec league or going for a daily walk it is important to get your body moving. Exercise can help you lose weight, decrease your risk of disease and help you feel better. It is recommended that you do one hour of exercise 3-5 days a week. Joining a gym is an easy solution to reaching that goal but it is not the only way. Now that the weather is nice there are plenty of outside activities that you can do by yourself or with family. Instead of sitting at home watching tv and playing video games get up and get moving.
