Running Man

I would not call myself a runner but this is a huge deal to me. It took me from January to the end of March to get under a ten minute mile. A month later I’m closing in on my goal of a sub seven minute mile. The credit has to go to the increased attention I have given my legs during my workouts. I always worked my legs and core but the show muscles were always more important. Focusing on my hips, hamstrings, quads and lower back have not only taken my running to another level but also my workouts. This just goes to show how important balance is in your workouts. It wad a hard lesson to learn but I finally got it through my thick skull. Here’s to many more miles running!!!!!!!
