Slow Down On The Sports Drinks

Sports drinks are marketed to the public but only a small percentage of the population even need them. Sports drinks were originally engineered for athletes engaging in high intensity exercise for long periods of time. Not only is water more than adequate during moderate or short burst intense exercise it can save you a lot of calories. A bottle of Gatorade can have up to 150 calories which can cancel out up to half of your workout.
