Whether its holiday season, school, job, etc the main objection I get to exercise is not enough time. Especially now with the Christmas shopping, holiday parties, and events everyone’s time seems to be short. A great way to get a workout in is at home using your own bodyweight. For most people working out at home cannot compare to a gym because of all the variety a facility offers but as long as you have some open space at home you can work out. At home workouts are not meant to take the place of a gym but more so just to supplement what you are already doing. Here is a great 15- 30 minute at home workout that mixes cardio and strength training to boost metabolism which helps burn away those holiday calories:

It does not take a bunch of time or equipment to get in a good workout. Combat weight gain by exercising 3-5 days a week for 30-60 minutes each time. Even if you cannot do the full 30-60 minutes at one time break it up and do 10-20min in the morning, 10-20 min in the afternoon, 10-20 min in the evening. Doing a little bit is better than doing nothing.
