In our hustle and bustle fast food restaurants have become a part of our lives. They have gotten a bad reputation (deservedly so) for the greasy and fatty foods they serve. Whether it is because of public pressure or monetary gain, fast food restaurants are starting to serve healthier choices alongside their unhealthy foods. It is now up to us to make better decisions about what we eat.

Eat this:

McDonald’s- Honey Mustard Grilled Snack Wrap + Fruit and Yogurt Parfait= 400 Calories

Taco Bell- Fresco Chicken Soft Taco= 150 Calories

Wendy’s- Half Size Apple Pecan Chicken Salad= 340 Calories

Don’t Eat This:

McDonald’s- Quarter Pounder/w Cheese + Medium Fry= 900 Calories

Taco Bell- XXL Chicken Grilled Stuffed Burrito= 830 Calories

Wendy’s- Baconator+ Medium Fry= 1400 Calories

All of this information is available on each company’s website or on http://www.myfitnesspal.com (or phone app) By making smarter decisions when you eat fast food not only will you save yourself a stomach ache but over the course of the year you will have saved thousands of calories.
